IoTrix Rooms Software

This End User License Agreement (“License” or “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between IoTrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“IoTrix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the user (“you” or “your”) governing the use of IoTrix Rooms Software and all related documentation, services, and updates associated with the application (“Software”).

IoTrix and its licensors retain all ownership rights, title, and intellectual property rights related to the Software. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, IoTrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for monitoring and viewing hotel operational data connected to the IoTrix desktop software.

This Software is intended only for authorized business or hotel operations. No rights are granted to use IoTrix trademarks, branding, logos, or service marks except as expressly permitted.

IoTrix Rooms Software is designed as a monitoring and reporting application only.

Unauthorized access, misuse, or tampering with hotel operational data is strictly prohibited.

Access to the Software may require authorized credentials provided by IoTrix or the associated hotel management.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

IoTrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized usage, suspicious activity, or misuse is detected.

The Software, including all designs, interfaces, graphics, reports, content, and functionality, is owned by IoTrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Software may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from IoTrix.

The Software may provide live room updates, notifications, and operational alerts based on data synchronized from the IoTrix desktop software and internet connectivity.

Users should verify critical operational information directly from the primary desktop software when necessary.

The Software may collect limited operational and technical information necessary for application functionality.

The Software may rely on third-party services including cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, push notification services, or Android platform services.
IoTrix is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or issues caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

This License remains effective until terminated.
IoTrix may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all installed copies from your devices.

The Software may provide live room updates, notifications, and operational alerts based on data synchronized from the IoTrix desktop software and internet connectivity.

Users should verify critical operational information directly from the primary desktop software when necessary.

The Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
IoTrix does not guarantee that:

You assume full responsibility for the use of the Software and operational decisions made using the displayed information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoTrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its employees, licensors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You may not use the Software for unlawful activities, unauthorized surveillance, data misuse, or any activity that violates hospitality industry regulations or privacy laws.

The Software may use the user’s mobile phone number for authentication, login verification, account access, outlet mapping, and account management purposes.
Phone numbers collected through the Software are used strictly for:

IoTrix does not use phone numbers for advertising, promotional marketing, or commercial resale purposes.
IoTrix does not sell or share phone numbers with third-party advertisers or marketing platforms.
Phone number information is processed securely and only to the extent necessary for operating the Software and associated services.

IoTrix reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms may be published within the application or associated services.
Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and IoTrix regarding the use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By installing or using IoTrix Rooms Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement.
